Yes, children under 16 year can enter Busworld Europe free of charge.

No, purchased tickets are non-refundable. However, you can inform us via contact@busworld.org, and we'll add you to a list to get a free entry ticket for Busworld Europe 2029.

Yes, at both entrances (North & South) there is a cloakroom to store your belongings.

Shortly after you have purchased your ticket, you will receive an invitation email to activate your personal profile. Please also look for this email in your spam folder if you cannot find it. It is being sent from busworldapp@busworld.org.

After checking your spam folder you can contact the helpdesk at busworldapp@busworld.org. We will gladly sent you another activation email.

First click the ‘Sign In’ button in the top right corner. At the bottom of the login screen you can click the link ‘Forgot Password?’ under the green login button on the login screen. Fill in the email address linked to your account and request for a new password on the next screen. An automated email to reset your password will be sent to this email address.

The main contact person of your booth at Busworld Europe should have received an invitation email to log into your company profile. This email includes the login credentials. If you have not received this invitation email, please contact us via busworldapp@busworld.org. Once you are logged in to your company profile you can add yourself as an admin team member. As an admin team member you will also be able to login to the company profile by switching in the top right corner under ‘profile’.

Make sure you are using the login username and password of the company profile and not of your personal profile. The company login information has been sent to the main contact person of your booth (given during booth registration).

If you are an admin team member of the company profile in the Busworld App, then you can also switch to the company profile after logging into your personal profile by clicking 'Profile' in the top right corner.

Chances are that your file is too big (max. 150MB), or your file is not an MP4 or WEBM format. The best way to get a high quality video on your profile is to embed it from YouTube. This can very easily be done since YouTube has an embed function under ‘Share’.

When you are logged in as a team member (personal profile) of an exhibiting company:

• You will not see the meeting request button when you search your company in the exhibitor list, as you cannot set up a meeting with your own company. You can send a message however to your company profile.
• You will also not see the meeting request button when you search other team members of your company. You can however send them a message.

When you are logged in to the company profile:

• You will not see the meeting request button and the message button when you search your company in the exhibitor list, as you cannot have a meeting with your own company or send a message to yourself.
• You will also not see the meeting request button when you search other team members of your company. You can however send them a message.
