At Busworld Europe 2025, BMC has unveiled the next generation PROCITY 12M and 18M models, developed in partnership with KIEPE, one of the industry leaders in electronic technologies and system integration.
PROCITY+ 12M EV (ELECTRIC)
BMC PROCITY+ 12M EV, is equipped with cutting-edge battery and charging systems co-developed with KIEPE.
• It is fully compatible with CC2 type charging sockets and pantograph systems to support fast and practical charging.
• With standard DC charging, the battery reaches a level of 20% to 80% in 2-2.5 hours, while fast charging reduces this time to just 1 hour.
• Batteries developed using NMC technology with capacities of 362 kWh and 434 kWh provide a range between 350-450 km, suitable for urban use.
Thanks to its electric traction system, rapid charging capability, extensive interior features, and zero carbon emissions, the PROCITY+ 12M EV delivers passengers a comfortable, eco- friendly, and uninterrupted travel experience.
PROCITY+ 18M EV (ELECTRIC)
BMC PROCITY+ 18M EV, is also equipped with battery and charging systems co-developed with KIEPE.
• With standard DC charging, the battery reaches a level of 20% to 80% in 3 hours, while with fast charging this time is reduced to only 1.5 hours.
• Batteries developed with LFP battery technology offer different capacity options from 466 kWh to 704 kWh.
NEOCITY 8.5M EV (ELECTRIC)
Equipped with the TM4 SUMO MD3000 permanent magnet asynchronous motor, NEOCITY
8.5M EV offers high performance with a maximum power capacity of 235 kW.
Thanks to its independent front axle structure, NEOCITY 8.5M EV has the smallest turning radius in its class. Battery options of 198 kWh and 264 kWh offering ensure extended range.
