At Busworld Europe 2025 in Brussels, Eurobus Bharat and Ctrine Engineering announced the signing of a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in Engineering, Research, and Development (ER&D) for the Eurobus electric mobility project.
This agreement will boost the design, localization, and production of next-generation electric buses for both the Indian and global markets, combining European innovation with India’s strong manufacturing capability.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Sachin Kate, Director of Eurobus Bharat, and Mr. Aditya Deshpande, Co-Founder and Techno-Marketing Director of Ctrine Engineering, in the presence of international delegates and industry leaders at Busworld Europe.
Eurobus Bharat is an emerging electric bus manufacturer focused on developing zero-emission, safe, and efficient mobility solutions.
Guided by the mission “Design in Europe, Build in India, Deliver Globally,” Eurobus aims to deliver top-quality electric buses aligned with European safety and performance standards.

- Backed by a Government of India MoU and a 40-hectare industrial land allotment for its new EV manufacturing and R&D park.
- Integration of German technology partnerships for design, testing, and certification.
- Product roadmap includes modular 9 m, 12 m, and double-decker electric buses for urban and intercity transport.
