The Voyages Emile Weber group is acquiring 11 electric buses from Irizar. Emile Weber has since 2019 already 21 Irizar e-buses in operation. The new order consists of 9 buses of 12 metre and the other 2 will be 18 metre articulated buses. The delivery of the units is scheduled for late 2025. The Voyages Emile Weber group is one of the largest passenger transport companies in Luxembourg.
The vehicles will be equipped with the latest generation Irizar NMC 3.0 batteries and a new drive train. Also the new e-buses will, according to Irizar, meet the highest safety and security standards under the new GSR2 standard. “Emile Weber is an important client in the history of Irizar e-mobility, because they were one of the first operators who put their trust in our electromobility solutions back
