QUANTRON Relaunches after Insolvency

QUANTRON, manufacturer of zero-emission commercial vehicles, has emerged from its insolvency proceedings and is charting a new course "with renewed energy and a focused strategy". Following a challenging period, QUANTRON now states "a sustainable foundation for the future has been secured by efficiency measures, cost management.

“We have laid the foundation to make QUANTRON resilient, profitable, and healthy in the long term – and at the same time, we remain fully committed to advancing our vision of transforming the transportation sector,” says Andreas Haller, founder and owner of QUANTRON. In the coming weeks QUANTRON will provide further updates and is planning a press conference in Q2 2025 to present

details of its future strategy and new projects. QUANTRON is focusing in particular on trucks, buses, and vans powered by fully electric drivetrains and hydrogen fuel cell technology. The German company, headquartered in Gersthofen, Bavaria, is a high-tech spin-off of Haller GmbH. QUANTRON positions itself globally as a strategic partner to established OEMs.
