a breath of fresh air and are an excellent representation of our company's efforts to modernize,” says Managing Director Udo Nehr, who is the second generation to manage this traditional company from the Botnang district of the German city of Stuttgart. Founded as a taxi company in 1968 by his father Helmut, today this business offers day trips and multi-day trips, and rents out its buses for club excursions, group tours, class trips, and more.

Setra Hauser

Hauser Reisen continues putting its trust in Setra with the acquisition of five S 516 HD coaches of the ComfortClass model. With a total of 15 Setra coaches, this company from Rottweil owns the largest 5-star fleet in Baden-Württemberg. The new Setra ComfortClass vehicles, each featuring 42 touring seats equipped with comfort head restraints, also offer the comfort of the 5-star rating. These coaches have a generous seat spacing of up to 81 centimetres as well as custom-designed rear kitchens that provide all the basics for full on-board service. The latest driver assistance systems contains four cameras at the front, rear, and above the side windows record the vehicle's surroundings to create an indirect 360-degree all-round view from a bird’s-eye perspective. Hauser Reisen comes from the oldest city in Baden-Württemberg, offers cruises, round trips, city tours, and hiking trips combined with rail and air travel. It stations part of its fleet in select destinations throughout Europe during the travel seasons. When guests arrive by plane, these 5-star Setra coaches will be ready to pick them up at the airport.

Setra Lungen

With the acquisition of four S 516 HD coaches, Omnibus-Reisen Günter Lüngen from Lüngen Reisen is modernizing its fleet, which now consists exclusively of vehicles from the latest Setra generation. These three-axle vehicles are equipped with 48 seats and powered by an OM 470 engine rated at 315 kW (428 hp) in combination with a GO 250-8 MPS automated manual transmission. New Active Drive Assist 2 is also on board. The system uses continuous steering interventions to keep the vehicle in a set position within the lane, which enables partially automated driving in all speed ranges. Founded in 1952 in Mönchengladbach, the third generation of Tanja Lenßen’s enterprise has put its trust in the Setra brand since 1975. This bus company in North Rhine-Westphalia uses its vehicles to offer trips for study, art, spa, music, and comfort, as well as hiking excursions.
