Strengthening its presence with the LD SB E, the first electric intercity bus, TEMSA has risen to become one of the top three manufacturers in France’s coach segment. During the press day of the recent held AutoCar Expo in Lyon, Serkan Uzunay, TEMSA West Europe Deputy General Manager of Sales, emphasized the company’s strong position in the French market: The Turkish manufacturer already has 6,000 vehicles on French roads.
"As TEMSA, we are proud to be recognized as one of the strongest players in the French market. A major factor contributing to this success is our dedicated distribution and service network in the region. As we approach the end of 2024, achieving the milestone of 6,000 TEMSA-branded vehicles on French roads through recent deliveries is a significant accomplishment for us. Today, France stands out as the country with the largest number of TEMSA vehicles in operation worldwide", stated Serkan Uzunay. The new LD SB E is the first electric intercity bus produced by Temsa. It celebrated its debut over a month ago in the FIAA in Spain. The LD SB E is certified for operation as a school bus in France. "This has allowed us to diversify our product portfolio while addressing the innovative needs of diverse customer groups." The LD SB E has a 250 kW electric motor and has, under optimal conditions, a range of up to 350 kilometres
