As part of its international after-sales services and spare parts operations, TEMSA has partnered with Germany-based Hofmeister & Meincke, which operates 26 locations. Through this agreement, TEMSA says it will further enhance the availability of its spare parts supply for customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Through this agreement with Hofmeister & Meincke, a German spare parts distribution company, TEMSA can deliver its spare parts directly to customers in the Central European market from the company’s shipment locations. TEMSA states that this collaboration will not only support TEMSA’s goals of increasing customer satisfaction and sales in the region but also contribute to making its service network more efficient. Established in 1908, Hofmeister & Meincke is a supplier of truck and bus spare parts, vehicle body components, construction machinery, forklift parts, and hydraulic
system components. The company operates a logistics network comprising 25 locations across Germany and one in Austria, serving customers through a total of 26 shipment hubs. With a portfolio of over one million products, Hofmeister & Meincke will list TEMSA spare parts on its website and ensure rapid deliveries directly from these locations. TEMSA has manufactured 140,000 vehicles and exported more than 17,000 units to 70 countries. With its own dealer and service network spanning 23 countries across four continents, TEMSA operates in both sales and after-sales services.
