Omnibus Classic Parts - Program
The Omnibus Classic Parts Program is a project focused on securing and providing spare parts for classic buses. Its goal is to systematically identify, reproduce, or source hard-to find components to keep historic vehicles operational. The program targets transport companies, museums, and collectors who rely on a dependable supply of original or precisely fitting replacement parts. With a network of specialists and partners, the project ensures quality, availability, and the preservation of value—making a valuable contribution to maintaining technical heritage.
PowerDrive Cortex
The concept solution « PowerDrive Cortex » foreshadows the next-generation digital cockpit designed specifically for city buses. At its core lies a High-Performance Computer that centralizes and manages all dashboard functions into a fully integrated and connected system.
It is a first step toward Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture, enabling advanced digital functionalities, ADAS support (including GSR2 compliance), and system scalability. The cockpit includes retro-projected screens offering enhanced visibility and a modern, streamlined interface, while maintaining essential physical controls to meet driver expectations.
Bus ESS Re-Cell Service
Altertek’s Re-Cell process offers a groundbreaking alternative to full battery replacement. Using specialised equipment and safety-controlled procedures, we remove end of life cells from the ESS and replace them with new ones. This is while retaining most of the original components. By closely aligning with OEM design and performance standards, we restore functionality and reliability. This approach extends ESS life by years, dramatically reducing costs for operators and avoiding the environmental burden of complete system replacement. PANION by K2 Mobility is an intelligent SaaS platform for dynamic charging management of heavy electric vehicles – primarily e-buses and etrucks.
It integrates real-time tour schedules, vehicle telemetry, charging infrastructure, and grid data. Using AI-driven algorithms, PANION optimizes charging times and levels based on route progress, traffic conditions, and grid constraints. This ensures efficient operations - also in case of unforeseen events, high vehicle availability, and minimal total cost of ownership. PANION also supports third-party charging, including capacity booking and billing.
NeXwork - Intelligent Climate Network for Electric Buses
NeXwork increases the range of electric buses, reduces energy consumption by up to 57%, and eliminates the need for electric auxiliary heaters.

Detexline 4V by protecfire is a fire suppression system for buses, certified underUNECE R107, with a fully pneumatic and non-electric activation—ensuring absolute reliability even during power loss. Patented and unique system.
Its non-pressurized detection tube becomes pressurized only when exposed to fire, eliminating leak and maintenance risks. Thermal sensor nozzles detect and extinguish fire directly at the source — no electronics, control panels, or external sensors required.
The system uses a non-toxic, eco-friendly liquid agent, effective on high-temperature fires and safe for passengers and the environment.

The REVO®-E R290 is a fully electric and emission-free rooftop air conditioning system using natural refrigerant R290. It is designed to meet the requirements of all bus types in all climate regions – even extremely hot environments. A range of optional functions can be integrated depending on requirements, including a heat pump, battery and component cooling, frontbox connection, and heat recovery.
UNVI C26
The new UNVI C26 city bus has been developed in collaboration with the renowned design studio Héctor Serrano, with the ambition of creating an iconic, recognizable, and familiar vehicle — yet radically new and, above all, with a unique personality. Its interior has been carefully designed to harmonize, integrate, and inspire, using warm tones and varied textures, with special attention to lighting.
KONTROLBURDA
The KontrolBurda project was launched in 2018 and is a special initiative due to its origin story. In August 2017, a young boy named Alperen tragically lost his life after being forgotten in a school shuttle vehicle. This heart breaking incident led to the creation ofthe KontrolBurda system.
The project was initiated to prevent children from being forgotten in shuttle vehicles. In 2018, KontrolBurda became the first company to receive approval from the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) and entered the sector with the slogan: "Little Lives Are Safe."
Ray Tracing Roof
The Ray Tracing Roof is an innovative and expressive mid-roof panel technology solution developed by Hongyu, a professional interior solution provider in China. This solution employs a composite process of multiple materials and the design of light paths, allowing artists and designers to draw almost any shape of fantastical patterns and colors on the mid-roof panel.
NFC Digital Key Application
NFC Digital Key is a card-based physical key utilizing near field communication technology for vehicle unlocking, locking, and start-up. In the bus sector, its primary function is to streamline staff identification and access control.
Yutong Immersive Surround Sound
Yutong pioneered the bus industry’s immersive surround sound system, combining under-seat woofers with air duct tweeters. This setup, along with independent amplifiers and speaker tuning, delivers rich, clear low, mid, and high-frequency sound throughout the vehicle.
Senptec Electric Digital Driver’s Workplace (DWP)
The Senptec Electric Digital Driver’s Workplace (DWP), as the world’s first mass-produced electrically adjustable solution for commercial vehicles, not only fully complies with EU standards but also upgrades the entire dashboard from manual to electric adjustment. Integrated with a digital key and biometric authentication, it automatically adjusts the dashboard, driver’s seat, and other systems according to individual driving habits, making it the preferred intelligent solution for commercial vehicles.
ZF e-comp Scroll electric air compressor
e-comp Scroll is a state-of-the-art electric air compressor for medium and heavy-duty hybrid, battery-electric, and fuel-cell commercial vehicles. Thanks to its innovative design based on the scroll technology it allows for low noise, and low-vibration operation, making buses quieter. This translates to improved driver and passenger comfort and positively impacts urban areas by reducing noise-pollution. The “oil-free” design eliminates the need for oil entirely, preventing the oil carry-over and pollution of urban areas. This also helps to extend the lifetime of the air system component.
